This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your download, installation, and use of Cleaner Pro (the "App").
By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App and remove it from your device.
This Agreement is between you and us, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). We are responsible for the App and its content, subject to the limitations set out below. Your use of the App must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and any other applicable Apple rules.
Cleaner Pro is licensed, not sold. Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the App for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules.
Except where applicable law does not allow a restriction, you may not:

Cleaner Pro combines three categories of tools:
Features may differ by device model, iOS version, country, App version, or subscription plan. Some system information is restricted by iOS and may be unavailable, estimated, or incomplete.
You keep ownership of photos, videos, reports, and other content that you use with Cleaner Pro. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to process that content.
Cleaner Pro is not a backup or data-recovery service. Before deleting, compressing, replacing, or modifying important content, keep a separate backup and check each selected item. Actions involving your Photos library may require an iOS confirmation. Deleted media may remain temporarily in Apple's Recently Deleted album, and changes may sync to your other devices if iCloud Photos is enabled.
App settings, scan indexes, cleanup history, test progress, and verification results may be stored only on your device. Clearing App data, restoring or replacing the device, or deleting the App may permanently remove this local information. Deleting the App does not delete original media that remains in your Photos library and does not cancel an active subscription.
Certain features require access to protected device resources. iOS may ask for Photos, Notifications, or other permissions when you select a related function. You may refuse or later revoke a permission, although the affected feature may not work.
Media analysis, security findings, and device-test results are processed locally under the App design described in our Privacy Policy. A permission allows the App to use a resource for the selected function; it does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
Our Privacy Policy explains in more detail how information is accessed, processed, stored, and deleted. The Privacy Policy forms part of the rules governing your use of Cleaner Pro. Apple separately controls the App Store, StoreKit, iOS permissions, iCloud, Photos, and optional device analytics under Apple's own terms and privacy practices.
You agree not to use Cleaner Pro to:
You are responsible for activity performed through your device and for complying with any rules that apply to a device, network, content source, marketplace, repair provider, or other third party.
The App and all associated software, interfaces, graphics, branding, documentation, text, and other materials supplied by us are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership interest to you.
We may add, remove, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature or part of Cleaner Pro. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available, that the App will support every device or future iOS version, or that updates will always be provided.
You may end this Agreement at any time by stopping use of the App and deleting it. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially violate this Agreement, misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully. When the license ends, you must stop using and remove the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cleaner Pro is provided "as is," "as available," and with all faults. We do not promise that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, compatible with every device, or suitable for every purpose.
We do not warrant that cleanup recommendations will identify every duplicate or unwanted item, that compression will produce a particular size or quality, that storage space will increase by a particular amount, or that security and device-verification results will be complete or accurate. You assume the risk of reviewing and acting on App results.
No information provided by Cleaner Pro constitutes technical certification, professional repair advice, a warranty assessment, legal advice, or a representation about the condition or market value of a device.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates, licensors, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from or relating to the App. This includes loss of photos, videos, test results, other data, profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or device value.
We may revise this Agreement when Cleaner Pro, our practices, Apple requirements, or applicable law changes. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement periodically. A revised Agreement takes effect when it is published, unless applicable law requires a different process.
If you do not agree to a revised Agreement, stop using Cleaner Pro.
Certain features in the App may be available only through a paid subscription. Once you confirm your purchase, the applicable subscription fee will be charged to your Apple ID account.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless you cancel them through your Apple ID account settings before the next renewal date. You may view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings. Uninstalling or deleting the App will not cancel an active subscription.
If a free trial or promotional offer is provided, the applicable terms and conditions will be displayed before you complete the purchase. Refund requests for purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies.
