Cleaner Pro combines storage cleanup, security checks, and device verification tools for iOS devices.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, what information may be received by us, how that information is used, and the choices available to you. Accessing information on your device for a local function is not the same as collecting it. Unless this Policy states otherwise, information used only on your device is not transmitted to or stored by us.
This Policy applies to the App and to privacy or support communications you send to us. It does not govern Apple services, third-party websites, or other products that we do not control.
Cleaner Pro is designed around local processing. The following activities take place on your device:
Media analysis, security findings, device readings, test progress, and test results are processed locally and are not uploaded to us. Cleaner Pro does not send your photos, videos, or verification results to an external artificial-intelligence provider.
Security and device results are informational estimates based on signals available to the App. They are not an Apple diagnostic or a malware-removal service and do not guarantee that screen-touch, sound, battery, or charging checks will identify every issue or predict future device performance.
The App requests access only when it is needed for a feature you choose to use. Depending on the features available in your version of Cleaner Pro, iOS may present one or more of the following permission requests:
You can refuse a permission and continue using features that do not require it. Denying or limiting a permission may prevent the related cleanup or test feature from working correctly.
Cleaner Pro does not require an account. Under the local-first design described above, we may receive only the following limited information:
Information processed locally is used only to provide the feature you selected, including generating cleanup suggestions, carrying out your media choices, presenting security observations, running device tests, saving local preferences, and showing results.
Information actually received by us is used only as reasonably necessary to:
We do not use your media, cleanup activity, security findings, device-test results, or support content to train a general-purpose artificial-intelligence model, build an advertising profile, or make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
Information that remains on your device and is not transmitted to us is not collected by us. Under the design described in this Policy, we do not collect or remotely store:
Cleaner Pro may store settings, scan indexes, cached data, cleanup history, test progress, and test results in the App's local storage. This information normally remains until you clear it through an available App control, iOS removes temporary data, or you delete the App.
Actions affecting the Photos library are performed through Apple's Photos framework and may require an iOS confirmation. Deleted photos and videos may remain in Apple's Recently Deleted album for a period controlled by Apple unless you remove them there. If iCloud Photos is enabled, a change made on one device may sync to your other devices through Apple. Deleting Cleaner Pro does not delete original items that remain in your Photos library.
Information kept only on your device remains there until it is cleared as described above. Support messages, Apple-provided diagnostics, transaction references supplied for support, and privacy-request records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to address the relevant request, troubleshoot the issue, protect our services, resolve a dispute, or satisfy legal and accounting requirements. When retention is no longer necessary, we delete or de-identify the information where appropriate.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information we receive. However, no device, storage system, or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining device access controls and reviewing items before deletion.
You can manage App access and related choices as follows:
Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a portable copy of personal information we hold about you. You may also have the right to object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Because most Cleaner Pro information stays on your device, we may not possess your media, scan results, security findings, or screen-touch, sound, battery, and charging test data and therefore may be unable to provide or delete that local content for you.
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing this Privacy Policy periodically to check for any changes. Revisions take effect when they are published in this Privacy Policy.
